La Tur is a fresh, soft pasteurized cheese made from a blend of sheep’s, cow’s and goat’s milk . It is produced by Caseificio dell’Alta Langa in Piedmont.

You can taste the buttery richness of the cow’s milk, the tang of the goat’s milk and the nuttiness of the sheep’s milk.

While many fresh cheeses are mild in flavor, La Tur has quite a strong complex taste, well rounded and grassy.
