The history of the Gennari dairy began in 1953. At the time Sergio and Maria, who started the venture, produced only three wheels pof Parmiggiano a day. Today the family is still working in the dairy and they have a daily production of 40 wheels a day. Even today the cheese is made using traditional techniques.
