Produced by Perenzin, a dairy founded at the beginning of the 1900’s, over four generations ago.

It has a slightly creamy texture, with a long, slightly sweet and nutty taste.


Castellino is a unique interpretation of how cheese was made in the Middle Ages and belongs to the family of Formaggio Medievale (Medieval Cheeses).
