An outstanding cheese made with unpasteurized cow’s milk. It is produced exclusively from the milk of the Razza Bruna cows. Soft, almost creamy in texture with a strong buttery taste.
Produced by Azienda Agricola Ponte Vecchio in the Veneto region.
During the year the dairy is based in the foothills of the Prealp area of Treviso, but during the dry summer months it moves high up to a mountain dairy called Malga Mariech on the Cesen mountain at 1500 metres.
